Hamish Johnston

Chief Executive Officer

Hamish leads with a simple mission: make money, have fun and deliver impact. He believes that integrity, security, and empowerment are the keys to a thriving society and making change happen. Hamish views his neurodiversity as a superpower. This unique perspective allows him to spot and create solutions to problems with creativity. His leadership is backed by an extensive corporate background as Supply Chain Executive across industries including Oil & Gas, Resources, Defence, and Utilities. He excels at creating holistic solutions that reduce risk to ensure business success. Beyond his executive role, Hamish has served as a Non-Executive Director for Indie Education and has recently joined the board of Peel CCI. In these roles, he uses his leadership in strategy and governance to help community organisations grow and succeed. Hamish is dedicated to building workplaces that have inclusive team culture and are enjoyable to work in, always focused on creating value and empowering the nation through Empowerment.

Tyrone Moran

Chief Financial Officer

Tyrone helps drive the company’s strategic future. A Chartered Accountant with international experience, he is known for his disciplined approach to financial governance, strong ethical standards, and a clear commitment to doing things the right way. He leads financial strategy, risk management, and long-term planning, ensuring the business is built on a foundation of integrity, resilience, and sustainable growth.

Mark Wilkes-Jones

Head of Operations

Mark Wilkes-Jones is an accomplished security professional, sought-after industry educator and published author who commenced his career in the British Military, followed by a 15-year career in the British Police Force, which took him to Kosovo, South Africa and Iraq. As a Learning & Development Specialist, Mark has worked closely with top-tier companies across Australia to ensure the highest protection of their people, assets and information. Today, Mark leads EON’s Advanced Training Division, providing enhanced peer-to-peer learning and scenario-based training to corporates and security companies across Australia.

Yolander Mwanangoi

Human Resources Business Partner

Yolander is a highly experienced HR professional with a diverse background spanning law, disability services, and employment relations. She has worked extensively with small to medium enterprises across Australia, providing practical HR advice, compliance support, and people-focused strategies that build strong and sustainable workplaces. Originally from Zimbabwe and a proud mum of two, Yolander brings a deeply human approach to her work, grounded in empathy, fairness, and respect. She is passionate about fostering inclusion, balance, and connection within the workplace, ensuring that every individual feels valued and empowered to contribute their best.

Kyle Owen

Director of Technology & Systems

Kyle is a technology, brand, and marketing leader with postgraduate qualifications in Digital Marketing and experience spanning the property, finance, technology, government, and mining sectors. He specialises in aligning technology, marketing, and business strategy to improve organisational performance, drive growth, and deliver practical, commercially focused outcomes. With a multidisciplinary background across technology, marketing, operations, and business transformation, Kyle combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. He is passionate about leveraging emerging technologies, strengthening organisational capability, optimising business processes, and building brands that create long-term value and sustainable competitive advantage.
